I’m Kristen Saia, a professional hairstylist with over twenty years of experience working in salons and in the film industry. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with countless hair types, textures, and stories, and I’ve seen firsthand how what we put on our bodies matters. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how many products on the market relied on harsh ingredients that compromised scalp health, hair integrity, and long-term well-being. My work behind the chair taught me that true beauty isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about care, consistency, and respect for the body.

NOI was born from that understanding. I created NOI to be a cleaner, more thoughtful approach to haircare, skincare, and ritual — one rooted in transparency, inclusivity, and intention.
