Kristen Saia is a master hairstylist and colorist with over 21 years of experience behind the chair and on set with celebrity clients. From high-end salons to editorial and film shoots, she has built a career blending technical mastery, artistry, and an intuitive understanding of beauty that works in real life. Every client, every set, and every transformation has shaped her approach: precise, thoughtful, and always elevated.
Concerned by the toxins in so many beauty products and their impact on our bodies and oceans, Kristen founded NOI. Her goal was simple: a clean, luxurious brand that never compromises on performance. Today, NOI transforms daily routines into rituals—carefully crafted for hair, skin, and home.
