  For long hair, hold the bar between your palms and strands, gliding it down from mid-lengths to ends.
  Apply generously, then rinse for hair that feels soft, smooth, and weightless.

• Apply a generous amount to freshly cleansed hair.

• Distribute evenly from roots to ends before thoroughly rinsing with warm water.

• Let it sit on your hair for minute or two.
