  The biphasic formula combines an oil-based phase and a water-based phase. Shake before use to emulsify the layers, allowing the oil phase to dissolve makeup and sebum, while the water phase hydrates and soothes, leaving the skin clean and comfortable.
- If this product is fragrance-free, why does it have an aroma?
  Being fragrance-free means that there are no added perfumes included in the formulation. Any scent you notice comes naturally from the botanical ingredients, such as Aloe, Chamomile, Sea-Buckthorn, or fruit extracts. These natural aromas are mild and part of the plant-derived components, not added fragrances.
- Can it be used around the eyes?
  Yes, it is gentle enough for the eye area, but avoid direct contact with the eyes. For sensitive eyes, apply on a cotton pad and press gently before wiping.
